Shipping policy

We prepare each order in 1-3 days. Once the order is ready we directly deliver to carrier which can be UPS, DHL, TNT or FedEX. The shipping company chose the best option for your location and send your order.

We main customers are from USA, Canada, EU and UK. 

We deliver to USA mostly with UPS and DHL sometimes TNT. They mainly deliver it in 3-5 days. This is the same for Canada. 

To EU is much more faster. We have experienced 1-2 days delivery time in normal times. 

We deliver to UK in 2-3 days. 

Israil 3-5 days/ Australia, Katar, UAE, Suudi Arabistan 5-7 days delivery time.

Once we receive the tracking number, we directly send to you via our website. So please check your email for tracking number. If you havent received in 3-5 days any tracking number please let us know. We will shortly take care of it. 

Once you received your tracking number, please check the tracking details in 2-3 days. If you havent seen any action, please let us know that we can contact with the carrier and take care of it. 

We delivered almost 250 orders last 6 months. Unfortunately we had only 3 order that is not delivered. And we got only know very late. 2 of them been sent back to us and we had to pay extra shipping cost. 

Wholesale shipping cost is applied for more than 30kg:

USA and Canada is 5$/kg.

EU and UK is 4$/kg.

Australia is 8$/kg.
